Jennifer Jones Glenn Davis Insurance is the only agency I use. They work hard to get the best rates, have a quick response and turn around time and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend Glenn Davis Insurance, trust me, you won’t be disappointed. I had all of my policy updates, changes and additions that I needed handled and completed in 24 hours time. Definitely happy!

shauna cooper A motorist insured through this agency caused a lot of damage to my car on April 2. I filed a claim on April 6 through them and have yet to speak to an adjuster. When calling I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. When calling the main line, I am forwarded to the adjusters supervisor who also doesnt answer the phone. Customer service for this agency is non exsistent and it is quite frustrating. Unprofessional and unresponsive is how I would best describe this business.
