This kind of knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty are the qualities I want in an agent. Though State Farm was not able to get anywhere close to my current coverage and price, I have no doubt Sebastian will reach out if (when) that changes shortly, and I look forward to giving him my auto and possibly home insurance business.
