Listen, I walked into James Holt Insurance expecting the usual—boring paperwork, confusing jargon, and a desperate need for coffee. But what I got? A full-blown comedy show, a therapy session, and an insurance policy so solid it might outlive me! James and his team don’t just sell insurance; they sprinkle in wisdom, sarcasm, and just the right amount of “trust me, you need this” to make you feel like a genius for signing up. I walked in with a fear of adulthood and walked out with coverage so good I might start doing riskier things just to see it in action (kidding… mostly). If you need insurance but also enjoy laughing so hard you forget you’re being responsible, this is the place. 10/10, would insure my goldfish here if they’d let me.

5 /5 Tommie Owens: If I were ever to be honest about one thing it is this. James Holt and farmers insurance has been more than an insurance policy from years ago. I have known this man and have been affiliated with him and Farmers for a very long time. I havent met many man as upright, faithful, honest and full of integrity as James Holt. Over the years he has not only provided me a good quality service with my auto insurance but has also been the greatest personification of what men are supposed to be in this world, how they are supposed to live, what their responsibilities are and the role they play on this planet, in their family, on the job, and their interactions with others. His character and personality has spilled over into his staff. They value you not only as a customer but more importantly as an individual. You will not walk away from this establishment without having felt absolutely wonderful and confident that you made the right choice. Nights, weekends, holidays and the like are no barriers to the service and commitment they have toward their customers. Craig Johnson has also gone out of his way on a weekend at home working on a boat or something to get me the coverage I needed to finalize the purchase of a new truck on top of the countless calls Ive made to get some questions answered and never once shown any signs of frustration from my endless goings on. Great people to say the least.

1 /5 Donna Menn: Still waiting for a call back. The ladys excuse was no one answered the phone, and it didnt take messages. This is BS I have one phone # for 20 years and it most defiantly takes messages. So, check the number or maybe stop the BS. and actually call me. E-mail is not ok. I dont use E-mail for such important communication I need an agent how takes the time to do his job or to hire better people.
