Jesse Dryer Ms. Amy Frank is an A+ employee. Kudos to Ms. Frank. I called her to set a cruise up for me with about two weeks notice. She said shed get right on it. I had no idea how Awesome her "right on it" would be. She asked me questions about what i was looking for and how many days. She was able to book my round trip flight, one hotel night stay, transportation to the airport and cruise line terminal to and from. She took care of everything. I flew from my town to Miami Florida. I stayed at the Couurtyard Miami Airport over night so as not to have to rush around to get to my cruise line (Iwould not have thought of this). She sent me my documents, labels and tags. She was Awesome in my opinion. The peace of mind She gave me. I called a couple of days prior to departure for a refreshing of direction and info so I could make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks to Ms. Frank for her experience in arranging trips and to AAA for the training and for the good sense to hire a Travel Ambassador suchas Ms. Frank. I definitely recommend her for travel arrangements.

Tracy Shworles Never met Tony, but when I found out I was going to need surgery I was given his phone number. He reached out to me immediately. Although due to me situation an immediate needs it was cheaper for me to go ahead an pay out of pocket than to even attempt insurance considering monthly premium and deductible that could go towards a surgery that couldnt be put off much longer. I highly reccomend contacting Tony. Hes very knowledgeable, honest and takes the time to listen an do what he can.
