I went to Amax and Irma Ramirez was the first one to come and greeted me at the door.. She spoke both English and Spanish which is very helpful.great at explaining. I liked that she went through all of the policy for my insurance and help me get something in my budget. Quick and easy and great prices. Very friendly. I loved the environment. And just a great place over all.

2 /5 adam kelber: After asking many times, I was finally sent the information I pay for. I think that the senior workers turn off their phone service. In 4 years, I have never spoken with the same person 2 times. I would do auto pay, but they make it very difficult. Their rates go up $10 every 6 months, I have never had a claim or ticket or accident.
