1 /5 Dean Tripp: Have Mercy. Be VERY careful when checking your premiums. We have been here for years. Unfortunately the last two agents that were assigned to us, most recently as a few months ago, completely messed up our policy. We went a full calendar year, low and behold we were overcharged $2600 for the 12 month period. Sadly the agents just dont ensure your policy is correct at each renewal. They get your policy for you, set it and forget. If you dont look regularly, you may end up as such . Thank goodness Safeco is now retro paying us the $2600. Glad I get my stolen money back, but wowsers! You have been warned! Oh, not to mention the latest agent hung up on me when I had questions on another transaction, where the policy stole another $400, just this past month. The agent told me it was not her, yelled at me and hung up. Pretty sad.

They always find me the best rates and I cannot thank them enough for that. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and it really shows. I cannot recommend them enough! Plus- it is always good to support a local business!

She was nice and pleasant to deal with. I was able to set up my own due date and auto draft. She was the best insurance rep I have ever dealt with. This reason alone is why I will continue to use Gant insurance as my coverage.
