She goes above and beyond to help with any questions any one may have regarding insurance. I highly recommend her for your insurance needs. Elvia is also the best customer service she is prompt when I need anything as well. You can not go wrong with this agency.

1 /5 Tana Arnold: I rented his garage apartment. He treated me like a dog. Told me I had reason to talk to him. I fell and broke my shoulder and humerus bone.. the second fall on his slippery floor, during the hurricane… he has a generator going on his empty office and left his tenants without, as I suffered. When he found out I was injured.. he raised rent 225. … then telling me to move out. I am disabled. He’s mean, arrogant and made me move. He never took responsibility of the unit … He abused a disabled person…

She always goes above and beyond in making sure I understand all the details and she is an extremely hard worker. She has a very fast turnaround time and is very responsive to emails/phone calls. I had to update/change my policy several times over the past few years (moving/new car) and the process is always seamless and stress-free. I recently bought a new car which of course raised my insurance rate, they searched other providers and were able to save me roughly $900! Stokes truly is the BEST agency out there. I never worry if I need to change or update my policy, Elvia is always there to take care of me! :)
