Tricia Ricketts I had used the same insurance company for years. When I had to make a claim I discovered I had just a basic policy that didnt cover anything and my agent was like oh well sorry about that. I called RJ and he listened to my concerns. He went right to work letting me know what I needed and what would cover my business the best. He wrote things out so I could understand and explained a lot so I could look over things when I had time. He checked in with me not being pushy just seeing if I had time to look at things and decide. I gave him a day when I could get it taken care of and we got it done with in a few hours. I also had issue with my Auto insurance almost doubling so I had him look at that for me as well. He found things I didnt need and also found me better coverage and a lower price. I like I was treated like a person and not just $$$$$.

A T I was searching for a health insurance broker to help me get a new policy. I vetted many different brokers and found Dean. I definitely made the right choice. I have found him to be so professional and so nice to work with. He did not push any particular Insurance Company, but instead sent me several options with several different Companies. He took the time to explain the the difference between each policy and answered all my questions. You can tell Dean cares about his clients. I found a great policy, and it was very easy to work with Dean, because he did all the work. He is certainly a specialist and so good at what he does. Awbree Summers Where do I even start??? I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Dusti and Willo at State Farm. We moved here about a year ago from Utah, and we had been State Farm customers for over 25 years, and LOVED our agent, in fact I cried when we had to part ways because we moved states. #whocriesoverthierinsuranceagent? When we did our mortgage we were told by the person helping us set up our utilities and insurance, that another company was our best bet, and that State Farm wouldnt even insure us because we were out of town. To say the least I was weepy. We went with this other company, and have been disappointed from the start, bas they lacked that State Farm "warm and attentive" customer service I had been used to all these years. Then, as fate would have it, because I had a question on a vintage VW we had insured through State Farm in Utah, I decided to reach out to Ms. Wilhites agency just out of curiosity, and within the first few seconds of the phone call with Dusti, I recognized that familiar State Farm family like touch. She asked me if I would be willing to let them quote us and I explained I was told State Farm would not insure us, to which she answered that was not true. Right away, Dusti and WIllo got to work on a quote. They were fast, professional, saved us money, and unlike the other agency, when I called, I was able to get ahold of someone and have someone call me back. If Christmas could be in the form of getting to be back with an agency you love and getting the bonus of having a great team to work with, I would say, I just had Christmas in April. If you need insurance, and are not the wait on the line, push this button or that button for this extension or that extension only to find out you have to leave a message that never gets returned type, but rather like some good ole fashion talk to a human customer service, then run dont walk to Ms. Wilhites agency and ask for Dusti and Willo. If you prefer the run around and some good never ending elevator hold music, they are for sure not the agency for you. Thank you for taking care of these Texas newbies!
