Kristen Walker Absolutely ridiculous that I have to call the number to change the automatic payment renewal that I didnt even sign up for. I should be able to change whatever I want regarding MY payment and MY account withput being redirected to calling the company. You lost a customer for making managing my own account so inconvenient.
