1 /5 El Hombre: Poor to almost no communication! Poor customer service and not so friendly staff interaction. The whole insurance quote process working with her. I am very disappointed in working with a business that conducts itself in this manner. I havent dealt with many businesses that dont return your calls but rather text you the following day and ignore your follow up texts. I felt this interaction was very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I would not recommend. I would put 0 stars if it let me.
