Robert Rico I was looking for rental insurance a few days ago, and I found Farpon Auto Insurance very close to where I live. I call and I talk to this gentleman Joseph, he quoted me a price for renters insurance and he said he will call me by the end of the day, which he did; what was a perfect price for me. I came the next day to meet with Joseph, we went over the policy and he explain to me everything perfectly. When I walk into the office, he greeted me with a perfect smile and a hand sheck. I felt very comfortable dealing with this gentleman. He went above and beyond customer service. Yesenia and Monique are very lovely young ladies, their way of going out of their way to help someone is very good! They need more people like them.
