A customer called Aaron (our helper today) while helping us, and since we were here first, Aaron told the customer on call to "hold please"! This is some service other places should take a look at! 1 /5 Marty Jorge: Im very disappointed in the way they take advantage of charging so much to get an address change 50 is a little excessive I understand they have to change address only and they charge a good deposit to for the first time I will not renew with them anymore I thought they were a good company but that excessive fee of 50 just to change address just caused me to change my mind about recommending them and renewing. I was told they would make the change in 15 minutes its been an hour still waiting
