During the whole process it felt like they really cared about me and wanted to get the best coverage for me, instead of just treating me like another number. I contacted her via email to inquire about the process for early cancellation of my insurance, but did not provide her with an official cancellation date. Nevertheless, she unilaterally decided to cancel my insurance policy, which I now view as a fortuitous outcome. I refrained from contesting her actions due to my dissatisfaction with State Farm and my desire to transition to another insurance provider. However, Stephanie should have verified my intentions before enacting the cancellation. A mere inquiry regarding early cancellation should not be interpreted as a directive to cancel immediately. This experience ranks among the most unprofessional interactions I have encountered with a State Farm agent. I sincerely hope that she reflects on this feedback and improves her practices. I am willing to provide email correspondence to demonstrate that I did not authorize an official cancellation date. I wish her well in her future endeavors and hope for improvements in her professional conduct.
