Medicare has lots of options and she was able to clearly communicate and narrow down the best plans for my situation. She even recommended a new plan that wasnt offered by the others I spoke with which turned out to be the best option for me. She is extremely nice to deal with and followed up very quickly. I dropped off of my work policy for this year and went with her suggestions.. saved my wife and I several thousand dollars. The options she gave us were so simple ... both of us were able to understand everything right up front. Its time to review and we will be making the call just to be sure we havent missed anything for next year!

By chance, while meeting and talking with Kim’s husband he informed me that his wife was a medicare broker. I text her the next day to set up an appointment and she called me that afternoon to get me signed up for my new account. Kim gave me important information about each plan then walked me through the process to sign up when I decided on a plan. She made the whole process very easy and kept me updated on when my account was activated. She even emailed me my new cards when she received them so I could make an appointment with an audiologist. Kim is very knowledgable about the medicare process, goes above and beyond to help, easy to speak with and very kind and friendly. I hope to have a long working relationship with her for my medicare needs.
