By chance, while meeting and talking with Kim’s husband he informed me that his wife was a medicare broker. I text her the next day to set up an appointment and she called me that afternoon to get me signed up for my new account. Kim gave me important information about each plan then walked me through the process to sign up when I decided on a plan. She made the whole process very easy and kept me updated on when my account was activated. She even emailed me my new cards when she received them so I could make an appointment with an audiologist. Kim is very knowledgable about the medicare process, goes above and beyond to help, easy to speak with and very kind and friendly. I hope to have a long working relationship with her for my medicare needs.
