United American customer service is unfailingly professional. Thank you.

1 /5 Deborah J. Guest: Worst company ever when you need to cancel your medical insurance. I was with this company for 12 plus years. Im now on Medicare since May 2023. I officially cancelled my medical insurance on May 1st. I received confirmation from United American it was cancelled on May 8th. I also asked for a refund of any monies I may be owed for the month. Not only did I receive no monies, they continued automatic pay taking money out of my checking account to date. I have called again many times, written many e-mails, and today I get another letter stating theyre in receipt of my cancellation request. Really? The left doesnt know what the right is doing. Ive notified my bank and will take this company to court to get the past two plus months refunded if necessary. Id suggest paying monthly if possible.

1 /5 Eric Johnson: weve had a policy with them since 1994. We have had to call them 3 times for information about the policy. all three times the people who answer the phone are rude, interruptive, over talking, its just incredible! I have never had such poor service by so many different people in the same company. Im really not looking forward to Having any further interactions with this Company.I just have a feeling its gonna be nothing besides a great big problem. My recommendation if youre looking for insurance not dont go with these folks cause they certainly dont know how to treat their customers, talk about RUDE!

2 /5 Jennifer Walker: Im a new customer with United American and recently encountered a problem with them deducting my premium twice. Ive been trying to resolve this matter for several weeks to no avail. When contacting them, I continue to receive system-generated emails that they are researching the matter and will get back with me, however, I still have not heard from a representative nor have they refunded me my money. As a retiree on a fixed income, Im hoping that this matter will be resolved sooner than later. Jennifer W.

1 /5 M Todd: For 3 weeks I have been trying to get clarification and claim forms my mother who recently passed she had a policy with this company since 1997 they do not respond to emails and they pinball you.. handing you off to different folks who know nothing about anything I have never in my life experienced such incompetence my brother and I are the living heirs having to Bear the brunt financially of not only our brother passing away 30 days before our mother passed away September 30th if the way they have handled my inquiries is an indication of how theyre going to handle this claim I am deeply saddened by all of this and in truth by reason of all the premiums that shes paid over the last 28 years she paid for her own policy I have took the initiative and sent all the proper documents Express mailed I am a former Marine and its not in me too retreat from chaos I hope and I sincerely do that you redeem yourself in an expedient claim process because at this point I am dumbfounded at how little respect you show for those of us that are still living either by way of phone call or email it may not be a lot of money but it is to us.. when people have to write on this format to get a response or get your attention that says volumes I will never recommend this company for any business.. cordially Martin b Todd and Robert Allen Brunch...
