2 /5 Chexy Black: My sister recently had a house fire in Angleton, her homeowners for many years is through this agency. She immediately opened a claim by phone while the fire dept. was there. She also called her local agency to let them know. No one from State Farm contacted her over the next few days. My sister kept calling Tigners office only to learn that Marcella was gone indefinitely. Someone named Ludene kept insisting to my sister that she could do nothing. I wouldnt accept this and called Franklin State Farm, my agent in Lake Jackson for my homeowners. Carla there repeated that the local agencies didnt handle a major fire like this. However, unlike the useless Ludene, she offered to check into it, and within 30 minutes my sister heard from State Farm in Alabama, and over the next 48 hours, 3 State Farm employees were at her home beginning the process. Marcella, I hope you read this because whoever Ludene is does NOT need to be representing your business, of which Ive never heard anything but good things. And kudos to Carla at Franklin State Farm; Ive had my homeowners and car insurance there for decades.
