mad joe I first met Michael at All American Insurance about 5 years ago when I asked him to help me find an auto policy providing the needed coverage for my vehicles that also might save me money. He got back to me quickly and I was so happy with the results I transferred my home owners policy to him a couple of months later. He now handles all my insurance needs and each time I have asked for help in lower my payments, he has delivered. I recently contacted him (11-2024) when my current auto policy was going to increase by 40% upon renewal. Not only did he quickly find a new company with comparable coverage, he was able to save me about 30% from what I had been currently paying. By not renewing the old policy, Michael has save me $960 per year for the win! I would suggest anyone needing insurance coverage contact Michael at All American to see what he can do for you. shauna cooper A motorist insured through this agency caused a lot of damage to my car on April 2. I filed a claim on April 6 through them and have yet to speak to an adjuster. When calling I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. When calling the main line, I am forwarded to the adjusters supervisor who also doesnt answer the phone. Customer service for this agency is non exsistent and it is quite frustrating. Unprofessional and unresponsive is how I would best describe this business.
