Micki Davis I spoke with Crystal Schuder by phone and then went into her office in person. She spent TWO HOURS with me, explaining Medicare and all my options in simple terms that I could easily understand. We looked up all of my doctors and medications, and found the Advantage plan that would cover everything, at no additional cost to me. She even made a couple of phone calls to the carriers to clarify some questions for me. After all of that, I didnt owe Crystal a dime. She was so friendly and helpful, we laughed together and talked, and I felt like she really cared about the outcome for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is signing up for Medicare or changing their plan. Crystal will take care of you!

My policy always gives the agents trouble since I have been with the company for so long, but Denise and the other agent (sorry I forgot her name) were so helpful and patient. I was their first customer and they even offered me breakfast with homemade flour tortillas! Who does that?! Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me, not their fault, but the service was excellent and they were so friendly!
