5 /5 Daniel H.: 2025 edit: I called yesterday 6/16/2025 the day after Father’s Day to file a claim and nobody answered. I called a few more times throughout the day and no answer. I was wondering while I’m steady working, did Dane let his employees off after Father’s Day? So I called today and learned that he did. That solidified to me that I’m giving the RIGHT people my business! My claim can wait a day, do right by your people! Well done sir! I was a customer of Dane Macklemore when I lived in Paris years ago, after moving to Dallas and dealing with a few other agents, I asked State Farm to move me back to be a customer of Dane Macklemore. I am a car enthusiast, and as a result, I end up communicating a lot with my insurance agent. The agents here, Chris and Tammy, are always a pleasure to deal with and understanding of my exact needs. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone! Thanks guys.

After a stressful spring full of storm damage, they helped me navigate the claims process and Delaina went to bat for me when the roofer and adjustor didnt agree. To hitting a deer at 9:00 at night, to having a hit and run accident on the way to work. They were right there helping me get a rental car, filing a claim and just checking up on us.
