My family and I recently to TX and Lori took charge by making sure we were provided with accurate information on homeowners/auto insurance polices. She ensured we received the best rates and made sure we were satisfied. Her skill level of market research and detail is impeccable. Next, Lori’s CUSTOMER SERVICE is unmatched. She always answered all my questions and provided solutions in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough how Lori has held our hands every step of the way and I’m so thankful our paths crossed. Finding good policies and people you can trust can be stressful, but Lori dispelled all those notions. A million thank you’s to State Farm, Jessica Runnels office, and LORI PASLEY!!!
