2 /5 Joseph Wade: So far the claims process had been rough. Nobody had been keeping me informed, Ive waited 2 weeks for a rental to get to work, still nothing. They havent even tried. Ive paid the bill on time every time. I feel the adjusters and get told to talk to another person, they never answer or call back. The car is a total loss... And looks like they want to lose a decent customer. This is the first time Ive ever had an insurance claim in my life and they have really dropped the ball. Having a hard time seeing why I should keep giving them money for nothing. I can get a better rate elsewhere, and the customer service couldnt be worse at this point
