Remco Auto Insurance - El Paso (TX)

Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.

Kane Pustejovsky I just felt like this was a solid company to do business with over others. My previous insurance company offered no discount after prior clean history. I believe it was Freedom Insurance and I dealt with Johnny. I had no appointment and was finished in less than an hour.
