Both Tammie & Bianca have been of great assistance to me through the years. (Do not be offended Jerry - your team simply does such a good job I never have to speak to you. ;-) Speaking of speaking to you... it looks like I will be adding a motorcycle to my policy!

5 /5 Blake Mackan: I always get the help I need from Jerry or Kourtney when I call. They are great about checking in with me to see if my needs are being met. Their response to a claim is quick and easy. I feel that the service is the biggest contributor to the excellent value I get from my policy. Weve been clients of this agency for almost 20 years for home and auto coverage and have only good things to say about our experiences with the agency.

2 /5 Twila Philips: I love Allstate insurance company. The only problem Im having at this time is I pay for items and Ive had to use road side assistance and 1 claim and that caused my insurance to almost double. The app will not work so I get no discounts. It takes up over 120mb on my phone and does not work. I rarely drive my car and for uninsured, underinsured, PIP, Roadside assistance with minimal renters insurance and i pay $190.00. per month. I drive maybe 150 miles a month. It really ridiculous about the amount every month.

We intend to remain with Jerry’s services for the rest of our lives. Every time we have needed insurance help, the entire office went out of their way to be helpful!
