1 /5 Christina De LaCruz: This is a terrible company and more than likely the majority of these reviews are fake. I’ve waited almost 3 months for them to send a claim for a car accident I had with one of their insured drivers who ran a red light, and I still have gotten nothing. I’ve asked for a manager and have gotten ignored. The business isn’t accredited by the better business bureau, and have multiple complaints filed under their name. Don’t go by these fake reviews, do your research sometimes it’s better to pay a little more for a company that will actually do their job because in the long run with companies like this one you’re still going to end up paying a lot for the worst service.

1 /5 W. Patti “Pattispups”: I hope you never have to file a claim with this company! One of their insured drivers struck my vehicle and I have spent hours on the hold, leaving unanswered messages with adjusters, spoken several uninterested and down-right rude agents in the claims department and in the general customer service department to resolve a simple issue. Had any of the individuals I spoke with from day one taken the time to listen or research my file instead of trying to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible or transfer me to another person or department, this could have been handled quickly and efficiently. I felt like everyone I spoke with was on their way to their break or lunch. They could literally care less if my claim was handled properly or not. This company is customer service...at its worst!

Their client hit my car and stated it was their fault and the liability adjuster Cristina Lozano has not helped at all, been super disrespectful, and is making it difficult to settle this issue. Hopefully nobody else gets her as liability adjuster because she is TERRIBLE even when trying to talk nicely and settle everything the right way.

5 /5 Humberto Castro: Very polite and efficient customer service rep. She was knowledgeable and there was no wasted time. I was able to reinstate my insurance without any hassle. Come rain or shine, this insurance company has my business and I recommend them every chance I can

5 /5 Jonpaul Sinclair: Awesome friendly service and so fast it made fast look slow. I got insurance in less than 15 minutes. And the price was unbelievably low. If you want extremely fast insurance that doesnt stretch your wallet then pronto will get you taken care of pronto.
