5 /5 Rey Paz: Had a wonderful experience today when in with my son to get a quote the young lady I believe her name was Naciely that was there had an amazing customer service. We been getting quotes everywhere and here was a little more then other places but we decided to pay a little more just because of the beautiful smiling face and great customer service we received today from naciely. Highly recommend to go get your insurance from her.
1 /5 Abigail Alvarez: Not recommended, great company but the staff has a high roll over rate so they are always trained too quickly. Too many mix up on my policy. This location has a lot of potential needless to say.
2 /5 Elizabeth Salazar: I had just moved to San marcos from garland tx and there was no location here so had to go to the one in Seguin and the Lady that helped me was very nice and professional we had a hard time finding my policy and she was very patient to help me even through she was by herself so I really appreciate that thank-you very much WE NEED LAURA BACK THE YOUNG GIRLS TOU HAVE THERE NOW GIVE VERY VERY POOR SERVICE THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO HELP YOU COME ON GET IT TOGETHER I dont think k Ill ever go to the seguin location ever again all I needed was to have a car dealer ship on my policy for the lean and the girls couldnt even help me in that and then I walk in and a guy was there and tells the young girl have a nice day just being nice and polite and the young girl gets all cheesy omg he was just saying have a nice day you see you have to learn not to take things so personal dont mix business with pleasure THIS IS WHY I EDIT MY REVIEW

Jill Harris This is BY FAR the best insurance company! I recently left and went to another insurance company, but within two months came running back to Farmers! You cannot beat their customer service. You might pay more for the insurance, but they are worth every penny in customer service! I love Kacie Kirkland and her crew, especially Toni!!!

Bill Carey Our new agent Alex Walston came to our rescue. Our previous insurance agency had sold. Needless to say we had to change due to negligence. There was a deadline to meet and while he was on vacation he made sure the insurance did not lapse. We are business owners and understand customer service. This dedication to the client sold us.
