Instead of holding their insured accountable, they twist the facts, deny legitimate claims, and protect dangerous drivers who have no business being on the road. One of their insured drivers hit my car, yet TIA - Texas Insurance Agency is trying to shift the blame onto me with ridiculous excuses. Rather than conducting a fair and honest investigation, they are gaslighting me and refusing to take responsibility. This is not a legitimate insurance agency—it’s a fraudulent operation that protects negligent drivers while leaving victims high and dry. I’ve since researched them and their shady partner Texas Ranger MGA and found countless similar complaints. It’s clear that this company thrives on selling bottom-of-the-barrel policies that offer no real protection. If you’re considering buying insurance from them—DON’T! You’ll be paying for nothing but a headache when the time comes to actually use your coverage. This agency enables reckless driving, scams their customers, and operates in bad faith. I’ll be taking every possible action to hold them accountable. Stay far away from TIA - Texas Insurance Agency unless you enjoy being scammed!
