5 /5 John Tammela: I have applied for insurance and, had difficulty opening a document sent to me by ANCO that I could write on correctly and return electronically (document shifted when I wrote on it). I requested that I get copies of the pages and fill the form out by hand. My agent was very agreeable to my request. An appointment was made to review the document, and get answers to any questions I had. My agent was very personable and professional. My questions were answered, assistance was given understanding parts of the document, and compliments were given me for what I had filled out (most of the document). I look forward to continuing an insurer/insured relationship with ANCO.
