1 /5 Joselyn Mejia: It is never open... I just went to the door and the lady told me that it is closed and behind me 2 men arrived and she opened the door for them... I arrived at 11:30am on 10/6/2024 racist? or you dont want to work? bad service I will never return and I will put it on all my social networks I said Racism, because I went to the store and the lady didnt open the door, I looked over the window and she told me it was closed, the door was locked then 2 people (men) let them in. How do you call what I say lies? if it just happened. Train your staff well and tell them to serve customers no matter what. ,Bad service and if you dont believe it, check it out.

1 /5 Beau Jaymes: So me and my wife wanted to add a car to our new insurance policy. Contacted Calvert added the car because the dealer wanted full coverage insurance before we drove off with the car. Long story short dealer didnt sell us the car we agreed to, so we contacted insurance company. Told them we didnt get the car wanted, so asked get a refund. Well these crooks said their policy which through Hallmark insurance said no refunds even though we didnt purchase car. Wow!!. To Top that off they added fees on top of the policy from Hallmark insurance, in other words its like youre paying for 2policies. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Run away as fast as you can. If the owner says Im a fake customer I will show yall my policy number.

This is not just poor customer service—its systemic dishonesty. The tactics used by Calvert Insurance appear to be predatory and designed to exploit policyholders. I am taking steps to report this company to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and appropriate consumer protection agencies for investigation into what I believe to be an organized insurance scam. If you are considering Calvert Insurance, do not engage with them. Save yourself the financial loss, stress, and betrayal. A legitimate insurance company does not behave this way. I strongly encourage others who have had similar experiences to speak up, file complaints, and take legal action. Enough is enough.

5 /5 adela manzano: I’ve been dealing with an accident that happened at the end of April and thankfully have had great assistance here at Calvert , up until today when I called and the guy was just rude about everything and hung up on me! He was telling me I needed to contact the insurance company when I had proof that they told me to contact him and I tried explaining it to him. We have been here for OVER 10 years and this was the first time I’ve had this bad experience. Ugh.
