1 /5 Ashlyn Hall: 1st, I’ve never written a review before but my experience has been horrible. 2nd, I’ve been with many insurance companies and have never experienced something like this. Just know you will be charged an automatic payment of $50 for NOT RENEWING with them! People move on to other insurance companies for lower rates and they keep you from doing this by making you pay $50….. They claim it is in the fine print when you first sign with them, but I was never verbally told this, because I would have never gone with them in the first place. I am a current USAA auto member (which they are pretty tough) and a previous Allstate member, go with them. They fight for you and would never charge you such an unwarranted payment.
