David Cantu Ashley has been great to work with. Initially helped me get set up with home insurance, she inquired about auto insurance but I didnt need it at the time. She reached out to me before I had the chance to reach out to her months later as my auto insurance was about to expire. She is easy to work with and provides great customer service.

Ben Matteson Excellent. Superior customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Justin. My wife wanted me to do some comparison shopping because our home insurance renewal premium had gone up significantly. First try, reached Justin. Went over the details with him and he told us to keep our existing policy and why. And because of the way our existing insurer handled independent agents, he couldnt be our agent for this policy. So, giving us the right answer cost him money. And hed probably say that was no big thing, but in so many areas of our lives, our business relationships are plagued with a lack of trustworthiness. So I now find myself genuinely disappointed that he cant be our agent. And I cant believe I wasted this much time not working with an independent insurance agent. I will call them again next year to review things and see if theres a better deal.

Jason D I have to say I’ve had Allstate for years. It’s not just the Allstate coverage Stacey and America are always in contact and trying to guide us in the right direction. Even if they aren’t the cheapest at times they find the savings! I consider them family! I bundle with my home and will not change! Thank the whole office for being there! You’re truly the best.

Anna They offer great service, always so prompt to take care of us. They truly care about there customers. I was involved in a car accident and when I called to file the claim the took care of us. Even after the accident they called to see how everything was going.

Benny Jude We always have a wonderful experience with Remco in Lufkin, customer service is always great, and they always work with us on reinstatement and late fee discounts especially. We’ve had several good experiences where we needed to do those services. They have been great since the beginning when we sought them out to bring new business.
