2 /5 Amy Allison: When I went into the office to switch my cars on my policy the door was unlocked but no one was in the front office..I waited for 10 mins then walked to the back I am assuming she was in the bathroom I called out to her and finally got a reply..I switched my policy to my new car no problem but the information given to me about auto pay and my draft was incorrect. I followed the reps instructions to make sure a payment wouldnt be taken out but it still was. Called today and spoke either with the same rep or maybe a different one that was absolutely no help trying to resolve the pending transaction and could only tell me to cancel my policy..which I did and she never took ownership of the incorrect info I was given by a co worker of hers or yourself... Poor knowledge of how Fred loyas policies are handled and bad customer service trying to say it was on me and not the rep that gave me wrong information from the beginning...
