Abigail Balding Joe Horak and his office are great, I’ve had Farmers for a while now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service and great rates on insurance. I was sent an email by Joe himself regarding my policy and was able to get everything updated and squared away with no issue- all through email! It was very refreshing that I was able to do everything with Joe through email instead of a phone call since I have a loud newborn in the house- it made doing business a lot easier on my part and at my own pace without pressure.
