But these agents were nothing but patient and understanding. I’m not sure if it’s okay to mention names but Mike Phillips Senior claims rep is awesome and deserves to be recognized! Thank you for all your hard work Mike! Texas Farm Bureau should know you’re an asset!

1 /5 Taylor Furtado: I have had the worst experience with this company. This is by far the worst insurance I have ever had in my life. I was hit in a wreck and it took me calling the insurance every single day for 3 weeks just for them to even answer the phone to tell me they couldn’t send an adjuster out yet because my claims rep and his manager were on vacation. Then finally they told me to send it to the shop and a adjuster would just go there. It is going on 2 months now that I have not been able to drive my car due to the wreck and this company not caring enough about me. I can’t believe I pay them 370$ every month for this! I will not renew my policy and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the hell I am going through to get my car fixed!
