1 /5 Lizeth H: Very unprofessional staff. They are super slow and have an attitude for no reason. Careful what you sign with this insurance company cause it has many HIDDEN fees. $5-10 here and there but they add up. The first time I had a lot of questions since it was my first time getting insurance under my name and the lady was so bothered. I feel they took advantage of me and now they want to charge $70+ extra fee to continue getting coverage and she don’t care to explain why!? Ridiculous! I went to AKS INSURANCE & TAXES instead and it was like night and day in comparison. No confien en ALTIMA INSURANCE.
