1 /5 Alicia Velasquez: Horrible customer service, Manager Jackie, Elizabeth and staff are very rude and just lazy. They never return calls or provide any assistance, nothing but excuses. Thankfully I havent needed much over the years but this place is a complete disgrace and disappointment. When I did need assistance or direction I had to go in person and was told I need to call the 1-800 number FOR EVERYTHING! They cant help they only write policies and then youre on your own

1 /5 Erika Elizondo: Should have reviewed this company before. Very very unprofessional I received wrong information and policy was canceled. When I spoke to the owner he insisted he gave my friend the info NOT ME. He not once asked to speak to me to verify anything. He now wants to charge me my premium again after only less than a month of paying my first premium. I contacted this man by phone and no answer, by text and replys came in 3 days later. He asks for card info by text, really who does that? Fraud and Shady...everyone protect yourself and go somewhere else.

1 /5 Mike Hernandez: Jackey an agent Never calls back always giving excuses of why not to call and also no communications what’s so ever . Including secretary very rude. All I anted was a quote. 5 days later nothing!

1 /5 chris rivera: Worst customer service ever, but they did me a favor, Ive been a customer since 2006 and apparently that means nothing. Got a waaaaay better deal with state farm. Thank you for dropping the ball progressive.
