1 /5 Dani C: I had one of the worst experiences with this agency — particularly with Lia Moreno. I reached out to pay my insurance policy plan for the following six-month, and she told me the total would be a little over $1,200. I didn’t think much of it at the time and proceeded with the payment. What she failed to disclose, however, was that over $400 of that total was their agency fee.
Had she been upfront about that, I would’ve immediately questioned it — and rightfully so. The actual insurance premium turned out to be around $800, but because I spoke to her over the phone and provided my credit card information, she went ahead and added this massive fee without ever explaining it.
A $400 agency fee is outrageous and completely unjustified, especially when it’s not clearly communicated. When I brought this up, Lia showed zero remorse. She tried to justify the charge as if it were completely normal, and made it clear that a refund — even a partial one — was off the table.
This whole experience felt extremely dishonest and predatory. Charging someone an extra $400 just for speaking with a representative over the phone, without properly disclosing that cost, is not just greedy — it’s wrong. I hope others are cautious before doing business with this agency.
It’s disappointing, because I didn’t walk into this experience expecting any issues. But Lia Moreno’s actions turned what should’ve been a straightforward transaction into one that felt dishonest. If you’re considering doing business here, be very cautious — especially if Lia Moreno is involved.
