Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.

Thy Phan It was my first experience with Superior Insurance but Im already looking forward to being their clients in the future. I talked to agent Luke regarding refund problems and some insurance processes. I hate talking to insurance agents sometimes due to their attitudes, but I promise you Luke made my experience so much better, smoothsailing and enjoyable. He explained things in great details, helped me understand problems and even advise me better options WHILE maintaining a calm, kind, helpful tone of voice. I only wish I could directly give him 6/5 stars on survey.

I’ve switched away before (for a better rate), but quickly realized there’s no comparison and came right back even though the rate was a little higher.
