There was minimal questions and proficient results. Mr. Williams not only took the time to give me a quote from Goosehead, he also shopped around to other insurance agencies to find me the best quote for my home insurance. That was amazing. Ive never experienced calling an insurance company for a quote and they shopped around for me with other companies. 1 /5 ashley noe: In July I started a policy with Goosehead Insurance underwriter by CoverTree written by Travis. 1st mistake is they sent an inspector out to inspect the property prior to the policy effective date (my closing date) the current owner at the time would not allow the inspector on the property because he was not informed. So my policy canceled because of this. Then after I addressed the issue, I had to send photos of the home to them to reinstate the policy. Now on Ocotber 14, I received a notice of cancelation from CoverTree that policy would be canceled due to non-payment. Upon investigation of the payment, Goosehead received my payment in mid-September and never paid CoverTree. Goosehead is now claiming the payment is lost and will not stop payment on the 1st check and issue a 2nd. Every time I call I get told a finance case will be opened. I have called everyday for the last 7 days and keep getting the same run around. Meanwhile not having any insurance on home. They could care less about their customers. When i asked for Travis help in fixing the policy he just blames finance department. I have opened cases with TDI and small claim court to get my insurance premium back so I can pay CoverTree myself.
