My sister and i said we have to get State Farm this go around. I called and had the PLEASURE of speaking with Mrs. Jennifer! Her spirit is beautiful (mind you haven’t even met in person!) just through the phone! I love her energy and how she open to help with anything new we may need! She’s definitely a good one!

Chocolate King I must express that, as a business owner, the agent lacked any sort of customer service training based on my own encounter. Upon entering the store with my wife, the agent exhibited a rude demeanor and seemed uninterested in assisting us. I cannot be certain if it was due to my Trump hat or their ethnicity, but throughout the interaction, her tone was very unenthusiastic. My wife was tempted to confront her, but we ultimately decided to leave.

Kataja Epting Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies! There is better out there.
