1 /5 Lazaro Chavez: Terrible customer service, horrible coverage from this insurance, they dont take phone calls, three agents in the office and for 15 minutes no one even asked me what I needed, additional charges for payments because they cant be made online.

5 /5 S M: I have always had a good experience here. I have been with them for about 3 years already and have no complaints. They have great, inexpensive prices. They actually lowered my policy $20 monthly. I ended up saving over $200 throughout the year.

1 /5 Rox C: B&b insurance in McAllen is absolutely disgusting! Starting with a lady named Lupita she speaks so rudely to the rest of the employees and demands way too much of the other employees, don’t know if she’s the manager or what but my whole time I was there at the office, she spent most of her time yelling at her peers. Unpleasant experience!! Please save your money and time and go to another insurance!!
