1 /5 Mary G: If you value your vehicle, dont get insured here. Yes, its cheap, but it also comes at a high cost when involved in an accident. They will willingly try and screw you over and not pay or underpay you. They will also make anything and everything as impossible as possible. With so many tools nowadays to do just about everything, its so bizarre that we have to come in to update paperwork, or for them just to get a damn signature like people dont work for a living. Whatever happened to docusign? No other insurance company pulls this kind of bullshit. Just a tactic to keep charging you because they know most people cant come in in time.
1 /5 Alec Torres: By far the worst customer service and have 0% interest in helping their clients. These are just bored woman doing what they can to make a paycheck. Stayed on the line for 50 minutes just be told there’s nothing that can be done on their side when it came to postponing a payment that isn’t even due yet. No other insurance company would willingly WANT to put their clients in the negatives just to avoid having to do their jobs before closing hours.
1 /5 Rosa Lujan: I have been dealing with them for a month and they are the most difficult to work with. My husband got rear ended and i had to constantly call and ask for updates and for payment bcz they slack a lot and the women working there answering calls are all very rude, they don’t care about your situation and lack customer service skills. Their insured hit us and having them pay for the damages has been a whole whirlwind in itself. They didn’t want to pay for a rental, then sent a check for $57 dollars for a rental when my vehicle was going to be in the shop for 7 days plus a whole weekend. And they only want to cover the 7 days. This insurance company is a joke. And many warned me about them. I have state farm insurance. Which I should have let them fight it out with them but thought I should do it myself. I don’t recommend this company for insuring anything! And I was not rude but bcz I tried to explain what was going on, the girl Jecxany GuĂzar was very rude and spoke to me in a rude tone and with attitude and was so unprofessional. I’m never one to
Complain or much less come here and right a review, but todays conversation with her was out of line and I am just very unhappy with how they treat people and the lack of attention they give to their claims. I told her my body shop had already requested the supplement ins payment and she argued that they didn’t only to realize we did and didn’t even apologize for her error and was really rude about getting me my rental reimbursement. Fred Loya, please do better when hiring and with the process and training on your employees so that this doesn’t happen again.
1 /5 Christopher Trevino: Absolute worst insurance in the Permian basin they ruined my credit and Im still dealing with them 2 years after my wreck they are an absolute nightmare not to mention highly unprofessional. DO NOT GET YOUR INSURANCE THROUGH THEM.

Bolts Valkyrie They took their time getting my claim to me and didnt even give me what I was supposed to get. When I mentioned it to them they denied owing it. I wouldnt have received my claim if I didnt continue being persistent about it and threaten them with my attorney.
