From the moment he picked up the phone, he was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process of paying my insurance over the phone, answered all of my questions about my coverage in a way that was easy to understand, and even took the time to explain State Farm’s pet insurance options—which I didn’t even know they offered! Alex made what could have been a stressful call feel smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about providing great service. Jim Rose Bob really helped me out, so many questions about the different plans in the Medicare program. This vs that, you get this but not that. I watched a lot of YouTube videos, but they were not as informative as Bob was, we all sat down and looked over everything. You would do yourself good to get Bob to help you weed through the Medical jungle.
