Lia Archer Excellent customer service!!! I called Angela this morning to get a quote for homeowner insurance. The process was smooth and informative. She took the info and said she would give me a call back by 3, she called me back at 1pm. I will definitely be using Capstone in the future and also referring my friends and family. Maria Allen I haven’t always had the best experience with personnel here, but 5 stars for Lance’s service. I was very close to changing insurance companies due to adding another car and not feeling like i could get both covered for a reasonable price. It was almost 5p when i called and Lance stayed on the phone with me to run quotes and get my second car insured. And at a reasonable price. He was so helpful. Thanks again!

Dakota Armor-Dillard They are very easy to work with and will beat half of the other quotes you’ll get from any other company. They have great customer service all around and are quick to get claims taken care of. If you’re looking to get some cheaper insurance but still keep your same coverage this is the place to go!
