Case Manager Cameron went above and beyond!!! There are no words to describe our gratitude for all the work and emails he did to obtain approved State Insurance for our nonprofit. There were so many variables and time constraints. Cameron was simply amazing. He came recommend from a friend and I see why. He was patient and kind and genuine!!

Lexi White was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. The quote I received was several hundred $$$ lower with higher coverage in both Homeowners and Auto policies. Seth Elsenbrook tried to use a broker to get commercial insurance. process was slow and painstaking (multiple follow ups / no activity): he eventually routed me to a different branch of state farm that was unresponsive. i called Kyle Angelle branch got connected to Carlee. She took my call right before 5pm, got me a quote and finalized everything by 10am the next day. Incredible customer service with both speed / efficiency. Huge relief, and this was solely because Carlee drove the process. fyi also use for personal insurance needs and have no issues, all around a great team
