3 /5 Janet Scherdin: I was told my insurance was one price I paid it then got a call saying they were going to cancel my insurance because I still owed $. So for $22.83 they were going to cancel me. I have been with TFB for over 30 years, with only a couple of small claims. 3 times I was told your not covered. Once lighting struck my meter box but was told that since it was not on the house I was not covered. $3,000 and about 2 years later I was told that it was covered but they did nothing about it. We had a flood that washed our my driveway was told not covered. I asked them to add what I needed to cover it in case it happened again, they said ok. Later on another flood and driveway gone, called TFB guess what not covered again. There has to be an honest insurance company out there some where.

Called TFB, Becky Kersh, assistant for Kaleigh Kubala, contacted me quickly, got my quotes and switched everything over quickly. All in all they saved me $120.00 a month (even with a 16 yo) Very nice, personable, and quick. Thank you!!!!
