Shawn Knight I have been with Texans for 27 years, for both auto and home insurance. They have always provided timely and efficient service. They are available for questions via email or phone and always respond to me immediately. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I have always been impressed by the level of customer service at Texans, and that is why Ive stayed with them so long. In addition, they shop around and recommend better policies with better rates annually, which I really appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Flatlander84 Ben was the best and I trust him completely. He took care of me and I really felt like he was looking out for me above all else, not just what I thought I wanted, but explaining all my options so I would have full knowledge of what I was getting.
