Mike is an extremely kind, patient and professional individual who represents his client base and organization extremely well. During our review, he took the time to present and explain the overall background of our focused plans and all aspects of any planned or implemented changes. He presented the pros and cons of our plans and potential alternatives considering costs and levels of effective coverage. Overall we were very satisfied with the review and timeliness of the review.

Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.
