Everyone is very helpful when we call them for any questions we may have. Lately we’ve been dealing mostly with Samantha, and she is the most helpful and nicest person every time we talk to her. It’s honestly so refreshing these days, because getting professional, helpful customer service is very rare, but she is also so sweet that you get off the phone with a smile on your face.
