I finally just called and Lesly, the assistant manager, and she quickly had me insured. She was efficient, professional, friendly, and fast. 2 /5 Thickemss Always: This company is shady at best. They all of a sudden goes up on insurance and only take online payments, which I thought was alright. Thats not the case, you cant even log on to update your payment info or even get an coverage card. The website doesnt work. You call the customer service,it sends you to the local office and they tell you they dont know and they can take it over the phone. I thought you guys wasnt taking cash anymore.. and what about the website??? You have to be inconvenienced to go back in the office if you dont want to give over the phone. .. Dont get me on the trash roadside service!!!

1 /5 David MacIver: Been a month and a half since their client hit me and they still havent bothered to put me in touch with an adjustor, much less started repairs on my car. They took pictures the day after and told me Id be contacted within 2 weeks, "maybe a bit longer", and when I called, after a month without further contact, said they sent money in the mail based on the pictures taken, without ever actually having a mechanic look at my car. Two weeks later and still nothing. Called today and was left on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up and tried to call back, only to get no answer. Unfortunately, it seems I might have to actually involve an attorney for this and theyre gonna have to pay his/her fees, in addition to everything they owe me. This place is absolutely awful.
