Lam: For the past 41 years, including the last 5 years after we moved to Houston in 2020, we had all our insurance needs, e.g., homeowners, auto, etc. with the same agency in our old home town in Texas. In February 2025, we decided to switch to a local agency. It was a very tough decision to part away as, over the years, we have become close friends with the previous agent. Additionally, we were a bit concerned about the quality service with a new agency. We are very happy to have found Dean & Draper Insurance Agency who welcome us as their new clients. Our company had just been purchased by another company on 6/2/25 and their insurance had a renewal date of 6/30/25. She was very thorough in asking questions to provide an accurate quote!

2 /5 Tyler Nunley: We were clients of Dean and Draper for over 30 years, dating back to when it was Painter-Reichman. Throughout that time, they provided excellent service and support. However, this year we had to make a change after receiving a renewal quote for our business that was over $35,000 higher than our previous rate. After shopping around, we found other companies offering rates comparable to what we were originally paying. While I understand that insurance costs tend to rise annually, I cant justify a $35,000 increase, especially since we have had no claims on our general liability or umbrella policy. In summary, the staff is fantastic and very helpful, but the pricing has become unmanageable for my budget. I recommend that they, as brokers, explore a broader range of insurance options.
